A venue in Margate, Kent is currently looking for a team of DJs. They would like to recruit 4 DJs to work as residents. To work on Friday/Saturday nights (all year round) and Thursday/Sunday nights (during the summer). Working hours 10pm until 2am. Music on the nights should be a mix of urban, dance and mashup. DJs to play genres such as Afro, Bass Music, Dance Anthems, Dancehall, Hip Hop and more. The venue has a full DJ and sound system in place. The successful candidates will have good stage presence, crowd skills, top mix ability and high energy.
Specification / Requirements
- Play urban and dance style.
- Mix genres such as afro, bass music, dance anthems, dancehall, hip hop.
- Can play new tracks along with famous tracks.
- Good stage presence and crowd skills.
- Confident performing with top mix ability.
- Able to manage sound levels perfectly during sets.
- Have a mix on profile with the requested music styles.
- Experience playing live.
- Live in or near to Margate.
- Working hours 10pm until 12am Thursdays/Sundays and 10pm until 2am Fridays/Saturdays.
- Price per night between £200 and £500 (TBN - based on experience).
