Andy Warburton is a truly global DJ having headlined in over 60 countries and 200 cities around the world playing his signature trendsetting House sound.
Famed for his flawless mixing skills, Andy’s talent behind the decks has been mastered duringa DJ career spanning back to 1990, the ‘Summer Of Love’, when he first fell in love with Acid House and Balearic Beats. Brought up listening to all things Balearic, Andy followed his love of eclectic music, which in turn led to a 6 season affair during the mid 90’s on the mecca party island of Ibiza, playing every major club alongside the most respected names in the House Music scene, whilst holding residencies at legendary venues such as Mambo Ibiza and Pacha.
This bedrock catapulted him onto the international stage as Andy was headhunted to represent the stylish and iconic Hed Kandi music brand. Racking up the air miles he travelled extensively to rock the hottest dance floors across global Kandiland from 2005 until 2012. It’ll therefore come as no surprise to learn that his experience and extensive musical knowledge proved invaluable during the co-compiling process of so many of those groundbreaking Hed Kandi compilations Serve Chilled, Beach House, Nu Cool & Kandi Lounge series.
Back in 2012 Andy’s move to Toronto, Canada was a game changer in his career due to the offers to become the resident DJ in two of North Americas leading EDM cities Montreal and Toronto.
New City Gas in Montreal and Cinema Nightclub in Toronto at the time were two of Canada's leading venues that hosted all of the biggest artists within the EDM scene. That spring he also headlined BPM Festival, Playa Del Carmen, along with a peak time slot at Digital Dreams festival that grossed over 25,000 clubbers on Canada Day weekend at Ontario Place, Toronto. From 2012 until 2020 Andy toured every every major city in Canada whilst holding down long term residencies at Toronto uber hot-spots such as, Cabana, Noir, STK, The Thompson, Lavelle, Bisha and had his own weekly After Party radio show on Z103.5FM.
2020 saw Andy return to the island that made him famous and take up residencies once again at the now world renowned Mambo Ibiza, La Torre and Casa Maca for the Summer season along with hosting a weekly radio show every Tuesday evening on Cafe Mambo Radio.
