A popular bar in Majorca (Magaluf) presently has an open DJ position. They would like to recruit a full time resident DJ to work for 4 months during the 2025 summer season. The contract is due to start at the end of May and finish end of September. There will 42 hours work per week with shifts starting at 8pm each night. The successful DJ will play the best new music and be able to mix different genres with ease. To play genres such as house, commercial, anthems, urban remixes and EDM.
Specification / Requirements
- Versatile music wise.
- Play all the best new music along with anthems.
- Enjoy playing in an open format style. Inc genres: House, commercial, anthems, urban remixes and EDM.
- Can mix all genres to a high standard.
- Confident performing and pro user of DJ equipment.
- Can read a crowd and play the right tracks at the right time.
- Hard working and prepared to work lots of hours.
- Can speak on a mic if required.
- Have a recent mix on profile showcasing mixing and music.
- At least one years experience playing in clubs, bars or similar positions.
- 42 hours per week (7 hours a night. 6 days per week).
- Contract to start in June for 4 months.
- A current passport holder from Europe or the UK.
