We are assisting a bar in Lancaster to fill an open vacancy. They would like to recruit a DJ to work once per week on Saturday nights. Working hours will be 9pm until 1am (STC). There is a possibility for further nights work in the future. The successful DJ will live near to Lancaster and have experience playing at events, nightclubs or bars. Sets to include genres such as mainstream house, mashups, remixes and RnB. It's essential to play to the crowd. All applications will require a DJ demo to support them which shows mixing skill and music style.
Specification / Requirements
- Specialise in playing mainstream music styles.
- Play genres such as house, mashups, remixes and RnB.
- Able to mix seamlessly.
- Can adapt music to the crowd on the night.
- Able to play to the crowd.
- Have a current mix on profile showcasing mixing and music.
- Experience at events, nightclubs or bars.
- Live in or near to Lancaster.
- 1 gig per week on Saturday nights.
- Working hours 9pm until 1am (TBC).
- Nightly price between £150 and £250 (DOE TBN).
